The victory for Zhang put the exclamation mark on a 5-0 night for Queensbury boxing on a unique pay-per-view card that pitted five Matchroom fighters against five fighters from Frank Warren’s Queensbury promotions.
Certainly, there are ointments and powders that can ease or prolong the bruising, but it is a fact that fighters have to be more careful when bare-knuckle boxing is concerned than with other combat sports. That doesn’t mean that the former ones are completely safe and danger-free, but since you have protection, the risk of serious injury is smaller to at least some extent.

Two years later in 2005, Tyson retired after back-to-back losses.
If you see someone with an interesting tattoo, you will likely ask him why he chose it, when he decided to get the tattoo that would stay on his body forever, or what it means to him. The same is true for Mike Tyson, who holds special meaning behind each of his six tattoos.

Within mainstream pop culture it turns out, there are still a few tattoo stigmas left to be broken. Mike Tyson has pushed the celebrity tattoo envelope in a completely new direction.
Celebrities in attendance at KnuckleMania 4 included MMA legend Nate Diaz, reigning NBA Defensive Player of the Year Jaren Jackson Jr. of the Memphis Grizzlies, as well as defending BKFC World Champions Christine “Misfit” Ferea, David “The Redneck” Mundell and Kai “Hefty Bag” Stewart.

So veröffentlichte die Tageszeitung Dayton Daily News einen Artikel, in welchem fünf Geschworene des damaligen Vergewaltigungsprozesses ihre mittlerweile aufgekommenen Zweifel an Tysons Schuld äußerten.
There wasn’t a lot happening early in the fight with Parker staying wary of Zhang’s immense power as he looked to stick and move to ensure he didn’t stay in front of his opponent for too long or risk some serious consequences.
Tyson has also said that the tattoo was meant to honor the Maori of New Zealand, although Maori representatives have not responded kindly to such use of an ancestral moko, especially since it was used in The Hangover, and doubly so because Perez says that it’s his original design. “The tattooist has an incredible arrogance to assume he has the intellectual right to claim the design form of an indigenous culture that is not his,” Professor Ngahuia Te Awekotuku said in the New Zealand Herald.
